Dorset Snowmobile Club - Baie Verte Peninsula
Schedule of Events
Friday, February 29th, 2008
3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Participating Clubs meet Dorset at Baie Verte Junction (Junction Inn) and escorted into town. Refuel and check into hotel.
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Registration of Participants ($45.00 per person) at Baie Vista Inn.
7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Meet and Greet at Kin Center.
Hot & Cold hor d’oeuvres. One complimentary beverage (Molson Product or regular drink.) Cash bar.
10:00 p.m. - Pub - Baie Vista Inn.
Saturday, March 1st, 2008
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Staring point for ride on Dorset Snowmobile groomed trails to Middle Arm/Burlington. Hot lunch to be served.
7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. - Banquet and presentation of awards at the Kin Center. Hot roast beef dinner will be served.
10:00 p.m. to Closing - Dance (Kin Center) - Music TBA. Door prizes, giveaways, etc. Cash Bar.
Sunday, March 2nd, 2008
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Full breakfast at your choice of Camp One Cookhouse, Friends & Family Restaurant or Fiddler’s Green (Baie Vista Inn.).
12:30 p.m. - Riders escorted to Baie Verte Junction.

Baie Vista Inn Rates starting at $73.00 + Tax
Dorset Country Inn Rate $80.00 + Tax (Including Breakfast)
Bus service will be provided to riders staying at Dorset Country Inn to get to events at host hotel (5 minutes away). The bus service will also be provided to events hosted at Kin Center and to people staying in out lining communities who are partaking in the events.
Important Information
- All participants are required to collect $50.00 in pledges.
- Prizes will be awarded to the top three fund raisers.
- Registration for all participants is $45.00 per person (non-refundable). This registration costs covers meet & greet, trail lunch, dinner & dance and breakfast on Sunday morning. The fee can be made payable to: Dorset Snowmobile ClubP.O. Box 564 Baie Verte, NL A0K 1B0

Please contact the ESA here .... requesting a pledge sheet. All pledges will be collected by your ESA representative by February 25th, 2008.
- If anyone is interested in only taking the guided snowmobile ride on Saturday, March 1st, 2008, they are required to get $50.00 in pledges and trail lunch will be provided to them at no cost.
